As a doula, my role is one of emotional, physical, and educational support, and I honour the boundaries of that role with integrity.
I do not provide medical care, perform medical examinations, offer clinical advice, or diagnose any conditions; instead, I work alongside your chosen healthcare providers to ensure you feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
My care is grounded in compassion, respect, and my Christian faith, yet I wholeheartedly welcome and support women and families from all backgrounds. I do not discriminate on the basis of faith, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, identity, or family structure. Every woman deserves to feel safe, valued, and uplifted during this sacred time, and it is my commitment to create an inclusive, non-judgemental, and nurturing environment for all who choose to work with me.
If ever there is uncertainty regarding the scope of my role, I will always encourage you to seek guidance from your medical team, ensuring your wellbeing remains the highest priority.
